Slingers #0: This issue, unlike the others, was drawn by Adam Pollina, formerly of X-Force fame.  He did quite a good job, and a very nice rendering of Dusk.  Before she dies, that is.  If you're having trouble finding it, it was included with Wizard 88.

Slingers #1:  The first real appearance of all the Slingers - real as in it's not the same guy wearing all four suits.  I own the Ricochet edition and the Dusk edition, so those are the summaries that will be posted.  Cash donations are always appreciated to finance my acquiring of the rest of the variants.

Slingers #2:  And away we go!  The book really gets started here, as the Slingers get into their first real mission.  Lots of intrigue and mystery, as well as some of the usual teenage superhero humor and antics.  Oh yeah, and giant mutated rats.  Yay.

Slingers #3: More fun and franticness as the Slingers play in traffic, talk to Spider-Man, have trouble with their personal lives, and deal with Dusk.  Things are starting to build....

Slingers #4:  The Slingers' first mission comes together as they make their move on the Grande Royale Hotel!  Of course, only Prodigy was planned to be doing this....and things go nowhere near exactly as planned...at least, that's what they think...

Slingers #5: The Slingers united!  Big explosions!  Collapsing buildings!  Daring rescues!  Fire!  Fighting!  And an old guy in tights!  How can you resist?!?

Slingers #6: An issue of quiet contemplation and multiple flashbacks as the Slingers play Truth or Dare on top of a building.  Humor, arguments, and faus pax about death abound.

Slingers #7: The debut of the Griz!  He's big, he's mean, he's got lost of rat-creatures under his control, and he smells bad.  And, he's royally pissed off at Hornet.  Back down into the sewers for the Slingers....

Slingers #8: SEE the brutal and deadly Griz! HEAR his nefarious plans! CRINGE at his stench! THRILL to the wonder that is the Ricochet Mobile! BE AMAZED at the daring rescue of Hornet! It's all here, step right up....

Slingers #9: Ladies and gentlemen, place your bets here!  In this corner, we have the childlike but heavily armed Orphan Maker, who is trying to kill Ricochet's father!  And in this corner, we have the manic mutant of the Slingers, our very own Ricochet, who's ready to put the smack down on the Orphan Maker for killing his mother!  Let's get ready to rumble!

Slingers #10: The beginning of the end for our young heroes as they're attacked by a demon-possessed billboard and go to the place of no snowballs.

Slingers #11: More fun and games with crazy ol' Mephisto, as our heroes are individually tested against their worst fears.  Note to self: stay out of the hero biz.

Slingers #12:  The living end as the Slingers prove themselves to be the heroes that they are, even when they give up the costumes.  Gods, this is depressing.
